At the trade fair for geodesists, geoinformatics specialists and cartographers, the CONDOR Solutions companies provided information about their service portfolios that range - among other things - from surveying systems to photogrammetry and pilot training. “We are satisfied with the course of the trade fair and have already started planning the INTERGEO fair 2023 in Berlin. In particular, the personal discussions with our customers, such as the German Armed Forces' Centre for Geoinformation, or partners, such as Droniq, as well as potential new customers are of particular value and importance”, Cornelius Toussaint, the managing associate of the CONDOR-Group, the fair INTERGEO 2022.
Great interest at the joint stand of CONDOR Multicopter & Drones and Germandrones at the INTERGEO-fair.
Germandrones attracted attention by presenting its flagship Songbird, a fully automatic vertical take-off and landing system. Depending on its payload, it can fly for a maximum of two hours, covering a distance of approximately 100 kilometres without visual line of sight (BVLOS). The autonomous system is completely designed and constructed in Germany. The software for the Songbird and the Ground Control Station is programmed in-house. “Thanks to Songbird, we could meet the frequently requested resilience, especially in the past months. Our system is unique in its class and is used, among others, by the German Armed Forces for air accident surveying”, Cornelius Toussaint continues. The Songbird 150 High Precision Mapping exhibited at the Bundeswehr stand manages to survey an area of more than 700 football fields within 80 minutes with an accuracy of less than three centimetres deviation in all three planes.

CONDOR Multicopter & Drones introduced, among others, its new distribution partnerships with MOST Robotics in the hardware sector and MetaSpatial Solutions in the software sector for surveying and photogrammetry. “We sell drones from different manufacturers and offer system solutions as well as training for various users and tasks throughout Germany. Moreover, we train drone pilots from volunteer fire brigades in the field of authorities and organisations with security tasks”, Mr. Toussaint points out. Furthermore, CONDOR Multicopter & Drones offers customised solutions and personal support for roofers, farmers or authorities with urban development tasks.
