Germandrones develops innovative, reliable, industrial UAV technology "Made in Germany" (software and hardware) for the best possible support of our customers' requirements. Applications can be found, for example, in the inspection of critical infrastructures, the support of police, rescue and security agencies or for the transport of relief supplies and vaccines.
Our in-house system 'Songbird' combines the advantages of a fixed-wing aircraft (high speed, long range) with those of a copter drone (vertical take-off/landing, VTOL). The modular concept of the Songbird allows the variable use of different cameras and sensors.
The quality of our products and services is characterized above all by robustness and clearly structured operating concepts. Our users should concentrate on their respective task and not on the control of the flight system. This is why our self-developed mission planning software is the appropriate counterpart to the flight system: flight planning, safety routines and integration into existing and future airspace systems enable largely automated and safe flights - on Click.
